2. I lost the code for my identification confirmation. What should I do?
本人確認用コードを紛失してしまいました。どうしたらよいですか?
The ”Identification confirmation code” is issued by your Health Insurance Union either by postal mail or email.
If it is postal mail, your ”Identification confirmation code” is printed on the paper.
Please enter that code.
If you have lost the postal mail or email or if you do not know if you have received it,
contact your health insurance cooperative.
3. I forgot my password and cannot login.

6. Press the ”Update” button. A confirmation email will then be sent to your new email address entered in step 4.

*Until step 7 is completed, you can login only with your old email address.

8. What is Health Age?
健康年齢とはなんですか?
Your health age is a new index indicating your overall physical health expressed in age. It was developed by JMDC Inc. (formerly Japan Medical Data Center Co. Ltd.). If your health age is higher than your actual age, it means you have a higher risk of contracting a lifestyle-related disease or getting higher medical bills in the future.
9. What are the items in the medical exam results shown by Pep Up?

It mainly shows "Specific Health Checkups" items closely related to metabolic syndrome. Each item's numeric value for normal health is based on the standard normal range, standard levels, and evaluative measurements set by the Japan Society of Ningen Dock and other health-related academic societies and medical institution associations.
10. I cannot see the result of my latest medical exam.

If you had a health check up but cannot see the results, it might be due to any of the following: ・ Since it takes about three or four months for the health check up results to appear in the data, it is still not reflected in the data.
Since the Health Insurance Union is providing only the "Specific Health Checkups (age 40–74)" data to our service, our service cannot show your result.
11. How do I get Pep points?

13. How can I stop email notifications?

You may have entered similar-looking, but incorrect characters for your identification confirmation code.

Email addresses issued by docomo, AU, SoftBank, and other cell phone carriers might be set to reject email from personal computers. To enable your cell phone to accept email from the Pepup domain (@pepup.life, etc.), go to your mobile phone's Settings. If you need help with the procedure, ask your carrier's customer support.

18. When I make a login error, I see a "I'm not a robot" checkbox. What is this?

If you fail to login correctly three times, the ”I'm not a robot” checkbox will appear.
This is to prevent a malicious party from trying to login to your account.
If this checkbox is displayed, checkmark it to indicate that it is a legitimate login attempt.
When you checkmark the checkbox, an image may be displayed for visual authentication.
In such a case, follow the instruction and select the correct images.
*This security feature is provided by Google. They have not disclosed the logic behind the system to prevent unauthorized logins.
19. I have not received any reply to my question. What should I do?

20. I have discontinued my Health Insurance Union membership. Can I continue to use Pep Up?

Even if you leave your health insurance cooperative, you can still do the following:
・Participate in Pep walk organized by Pep Up and earn points.
・Use Activities.
・Read health articles and earn points.
・Use ”Daily Records”
・Use your points.
Note that you will not be able to do the following:
・Receive notifications from the health insurance cooperative.
・Update ”Health Age”.
・Browse your medical bill notifications and general notifications.*
*Some notifications are not given by the health insurance cooperative.
21. How can I use Pep Up in English environment?
